Pour info, j'a comparé les 2 scripts optimysql.php Evol et Revol.
1 seule différence:
Evol: sql_query("SHOW TABLE STATUS FROM $dbname");
Revol: sql_query("SHOW TABLE STATUS FROM '".$dbname."'");

J'ai donc remis l'ancien script et tout fonctionne à nouveau !
