Je me heurte au même problème avec install locale sur Wampserver 2.1e :

- MYSQL 5.5.8
- PHP 5.3.5
- Apacahe 2.2.17

Régler ce problème devient urgent, çà peut décourager des utilisateurs potentiel du CMS qui voudraient tester NPDS en local
