Va dans le fichier header.php de ton (tes) theme(s) trouve ces lignes et modifie


echo "</td><td width=100%>";

   if (if_chat()) echo "<hr><fond size=1><b>-: Chat :-</b></font><hr>";

ici par exemple Chat Par Chat in progress
