Salut
effectivement c'est un petit oubli il faut que tu modifie le fichier modules/sform/extend-user/extender/formulaire.php
en rajoutant la fonction translate sur les occurences
par exemple


$m->add_field('C1', "".translate('Votre activité professionnelle')."",$C1,'text',false,100,"","");



attention au guillemet et bien entendu ces occurences doivent exister dans le fichier lang

ou utiliser la fonction aff_langue et les balises langues par exemple :


$m->add_comment(aff_langue('<br />[french]<b>G&#xE9;olocalisation</b<br/>Cliquez sur le globe pour modifier ou d&#xE9;finir votre position[/french][english]<b>Geolocation</b<br/>Click the earth to define or change your geolocation[/english][chinese]<b>Geolocation</b<br/>Click the earth to define or change your geolocation[/chinese]'));



voila avec ça tu devrais y voir plus clair
