Essaye en mettant l'url exacte a chaque fois du genre


$PAGES['modules.php?ModPath=Maincourante&ModStart=index&op=submit'][' title']="Main courante"; 
$PAGES['modules.php?ModPath=Maincourante&ModStart=index&op=submit'][' run']="yes";
$PAGES['modules.php?ModPath=Maincourante&ModStart=index&op=submit'][' blocs']="0";
$PAGES['modules.php?ModPath=Maincourante&ModStart=index&op=submit'][' TinyMce']=1;
$PAGES['modules.php?ModPath=Maincourante&ModStart=index&op=submit'][' TinyMce-theme']=" full"; 


Avec le title car des fois cela n'initialise pas le reste
